On the big screen of Giunti Odeon arrives one of the most eagerly awaited films of the year: Queer, directed by Luca Guadagnino with Daniel Craig, adapted from the novel of the same name by William S. Burroughs and already in competition at the last Venice Film Festival, is set in 1950. William Lee is an American in his forties expatriate in Mexico City. He spends his days almost entirely alone, apart from his few relationships with other members of the small American community. His encounter with Eugene Allerton, a young student who has just arrived in the city, deludes him for the first time of the possibility of finally establishing an intimate connection with someone.
