IL CIONDOLO DI ALICE by Filippo Nanni
Giovedì 12/06 - ore 18:30

Filippo Nanni will be with us at Giunti Odeon to present his book Il ciondolo di Alice (Vallecchi Firenze), accompanied by Federico Monechi (TGR Toscana) and Valentina Marotta (Corriere Fiorentino).

The Book:

A young journalist is found dead in her home. A mystery filed away too quickly. But who was Alice, really—beyond her job, beyond the fragility everyone pretended not to see? A retired journalist, a man from another era, decides not to settle. Not for what was written, nor for what was left unsaid. Thus begins a slow, determined investigation through half-spoken words, painful memories, and a small pendant that may hold more truth than an entire newsroom.
“With the disenchanted eye of a seasoned reporter and a clear, sensitive writing style, Filippo Nanni gently and profoundly leads us through a story that is certainly about journalism—but also about the love for things done right, about solitude, silence, and forgotten truths. And about that thin thread that connects those who remain with those who are gone. And the question that keeps burning: what remains of a life when the news fades away?”
